In his first public utterance in Tigrinya language after the Nobel peace prize aware in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, during his blitz Chrismas Day visit to Ethiopia, Nobel-wounded Eritrea Ruler, tyrant Isias Aforqi, did not even mention let alone congratulate Ethiopia PM Abiy for the Nobel Peace Award
