Eritrea Ruler's Justice Agent lying through her teeth on 3-branch Gov. in Eritrea

Addressing diaspora Eritreans in Dallas, TX on 24 August, 2019, Eritrea ruler's justice agent, Ms. Fozia Hashim, aka "Minister of Justice'' lied through her teeth when she unabashedly announced the existence of 3-branch standard government in Eritrea. There is no such thing in Eritrea even by the ruler's own admissions to various media outlets including Al Jazeera, VOA, inter alia. Eritrea is the only country on the planet that has no Parliament, never had elections, and is ruled by the barrel of the gun. This is indisputable! The proclamation Ms. Hashim quoted (see below) is antique and nonexistent both technically and in reality. The said proclamation for formation of a Provisional Government had 4 years term limit until the national Constitution was ratified which happened over 2 decades ago.
