No Free Trade deal for Eritrea Ruler even if he signs it, no parliament to ratify it

Niamey, Niger - Eritrea has not signed the AfCFTA because Eritrea is the only African country without a legislature (Parliament) required to ratify the Agreement. Eritrea ruler can work all he wants with the African Union, but the African Union will not be able to deliver a parliament in Eritrea! Legislature ratification is a sine qua non to be part of Af CFTA, signing the Agreement alone won't do it!
