Ethiopia: No Military Takeover, State Of Emergency At Least 6 Months

In a press briefing today, Ethiopia's Defense Minister, Siraj Fergessa, told journalists and reporters there's been no military takeover and the state of emergency declared yesterday following the resignation of PM Haile Mariam will last for at least 6 Months with the possibility of 4 months extension if necessary.
