Eritrea Tyrant No Show Again At Major AU Summit For Good Reason! 30 January 2016 African Leaders are attending a major Summit, 26th AU Summit taking place 30 -31 January 2016 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Eritrea Tyrant Isias Afarqi is a no show for the umpteenth time for he is a pariah! This time around the tyrant has good reason: The Theme of the Summit "2016: African Year of Human Rights" does not bode well with the tyrant for the UN Rights Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in Eritrea(COI) is about to send the certified tyrant to the ICC for Crimes Against Humanity!
